Where Strategy Meets Spirit
I’m Ava — strategist, educator, intuitive practitioner, and founder of Wild Sovereign.
I’ve built my professional life around understanding people: how we learn, how we change, how we navigate complexity, and what helps an idea actually take root in real life.
I’ve built my spiritual life around many of the same questions.
I read tarot. I work with energy. I practice magic and divination. I pay attention to cycles and seasons. I’ve spent hundreds of hours studying and practicing herbal medicine. And if I discover something that helps me understand myself or live more intentionally, there is a very good chance I’ll eventually turn it into a journal, system, resource, ritual, or app.
That combination feels completely natural to me. I can lead the meeting and pull cards afterward. I can appreciate research, structure, and a really good framework while also trusting intuition, energy, symbolism, and the things we sometimes know before we can explain how we know them.
You Get to Be All of You
You can be accomplished and spiritual.
Analytical and intuitive.
Practical and magical.
You can have the spreadsheet and the moon journal.
You can be a corporate witch — or never call yourself a witch at all.
What matters is having the freedom to explore who you are without immediately editing yourself into something more acceptable, understandable, or easy to categorize.
That’s a big part of why I created Wild Sovereign. I wanted to create the kind of space where women can become more aware of themselves, connect more deeply with their own knowing, explore what resonates, apply practical tools and strategies, and actually practice what they’re learning in their lives. Not to become a version of me. To become more fully themselves.
Why Wild Sovereign Exists
I believe sovereignty changes more than the life of one woman.
When a woman understands herself more deeply, trusts herself enough to make her own choices, and feels able to live those choices with intention, it changes how she shows up everywhere else.
In her relationships, family, work, creativity, leadership, and community.
That ripple effect matters to me.
Wild Sovereign exists to help women cultivate the self-awareness, inner connection, practical tools, and lived practice that allow them to lead their lives with greater clarity and self-trust - because when women are able to live more fully as themselves, the communities around them become brighter, too.
Insight Should Have Somewhere to Land
I love self-discovery. I’m endlessly curious about why we do what we do, what keeps repeating, what we’ve inherited, what we’ve outgrown, what we really want, and what our intuition might be trying to tell us.
But I don’t want self-awareness to become endless self-analysis. Eventually, what you learn about yourself needs somewhere to go. That’s where the practical side of my work comes in. Sometimes the next step is a decision. Sometimes it’s a ritual, a boundary, a journal prompt, a new practice, a resource, a conversation, or a very concrete plan. Sometimes it’s simply experimenting with a different way of responding and seeing what happens.
That rhythm sits underneath everything I create at Wild Sovereign:

What I Bring to This Work
My path to Wild Sovereign has never belonged to one discipline.
Strategy + Human Behavior
Professionally, I’ve spent nearly 20 years working across leadership, learning, engagement, culture, strategy, and behavior change — helping people make sense of complex ideas and turn them into something they can actually use. I also carry certifications and study across psychology-informed disciplines including life-coaching, NLP and CBT.
Spirit + Intuition
My spiritual education spans a lifetime of magic and divination, tarot, energy work, Reiki, ritual, and nature-based spirituality, along with hundreds of hours studying and practicing herbal medicine. These traditions shape how I work with intuition, symbolism, cycles, discernment, and the many ways we come to know ourselves — and how I help create space for women to explore what resonates for them.
